The Sun-Wind is a fiberglass Vintage Marblehead. She sails in the 'High Flyer' division of the Vintage Marblehead Class. The original design was by Gus Lassel, circa 1949.

This beautiful yacht features a gel-coated fiberglass Hull, in your choice of 16 colors, a molded REAL WOOD DECK, and wooden spars. The interior deck beams, keel trunk, and radio tray are also wood, giving her a very traditional look and feel. Our kit comes with the Keel Trunk, Rudder Post, as well as the REAL MAHOGANY TRANSOM, factory installed. The deck even has plank lines engraved and stained to look like individual wood planks.

She is 50" long, carries 800 square inches of sail, has a 16" draft, displaces 14 pounds, and stands nearly 9 feet tall!

A complete yacht, Ready -To-Sail, is also available for $2,400.

The entire radio board along with all of the electronics can be easily removed through the main hatch for servicing and programming.
